Precision Tune Auto Care

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for an AC leak, and they charged me hundreds of dollar for what they claimed was a fix. Couple weeks later, the exact same problem came back. When I returned, they told me they were unable to fix it after all. So I paid for a repair that never worked. Very poor service and zero accountability. One star.

Being far from home ( Az.) , we had car trouble and my grandson recommended Precision Tune Auto Shop to have them fix our car after driving threw deep water after a storm. They knew what the exact problem with our car. Ordered the parts and fixed it the next day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience working with this shopped, they did a great job. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive services.Thank you Jmimmy and staff for everything you did. They were able to squeeze me in, diagnose, and repair my car in under 2 hours while we were out of town on vacation. The team went above and beyond helping me. I'd happily take my car back to them, and recommend any of my family there as well.

These folks did me right on fixing my VW Tiguan. They gave me a fair price and worked with the warranty company on my behalf. Miss Shirley and Jimmy went above and beyond. I’ll Definitely be bringing my car back for all repairs. They treat you like family (the kind you get along with haha). Highly recommend them!!!!

I have been doing business with this shop for years. Today is the first day I had a problem but it was resolved to my satisfaction. My daughter brought in one of our vehicles to have the belt tensioner looked at. They charged a diagnostic fee which she paid. I brought the car back that night and dropped it off to have the work done. When I picked up the car the diagnostic fee was not applied to the repair. In the past when I had work done, I did not have to pay an additional diagnostic fee on top of the repair quote. I was told if you do not approve the repairs and leave the car the same day they charge an additional diagnostic fee. Had I known that I would have had my daughter leave the car. I could understand a separate fee if I had chosen not to do the work or if they had to disassemble something to diagnose the car and they had to put it back together for her to drive it. I spoke with the owner and he agreed to refund the fee. I understand their position, but this particular repair was a belt tensioner which did not require putting a wrench on the car to diagnose. We saw the tensioner issue ourselves which is why we took it in. I figure since I would have left a bad revie
